Feedback we get as a Team

Part of the Minimum Standards that we follow is:

4.2 The service routinely requests feedback from service users and others, and uses this to further develop the work and practices of the service.

We do this by:

  • Monthly Questionnaires are sent out to the families that contacted us in the previous month. All results are summarised and recorded here.
  • Action Cards – when we hear the same messages (or trends) more than a dozen times we make a note as a team. The top messages are then recorded and shared with the LA. The responses can be found here.
  • Appreciation Cards – it is always lovely to hear a positive message. We record these at the each month. (These do not include the lovely comments we also get on monthly questionnaires).
