How to contact us:

CALL: Our telephone number is 01737 737300. You can leave a message on our answer phone 24 hours a day. We take the voicemail messages off throughout the day,

CONTACT: each page on this website has an Online Contact Form which will come straight into our inbox.

Ways we offer support:

We will reply to emails directly or call on the number you gave us. If it is easier to book a time for us to call you we can do this too. We can also set up a Zoom or MS Teams chat.

We also offer Face to Face Fridays where there are two Advisors booked to attend events or to talk to parents. Slots are at 10am and 11am, for an hour each.

How many times will you try to contact me?

Following your call to us we will try to contact you twice via phone. If there is no reply after these two occasions we will then text you to let you know that we have tried to call you. We are aware that some people don’t have an answer phone so if we are unable to leave a message we will text you to let you know that we have tried to contact you.

How long will it be before someone contacts me?

We are experiencing very high numbers of urgent contacts at present therefore we are taking up to three days to reply to you.

Please note that our number does not show up when calling, it will say Private Number.
