The Tribunal must receive your appeal within two months of the date on the letter from Surrey County Council (SCC) that gave you the right to appeal (for example, the letter you received with the Final Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or the decision not to assess, reassess or issue) or within one month of the date of your mediation certificate, whichever is the later.
The decision letter will tell you how to contact a mediation service. In Surrey this is Global Mediation.
